Nails applied with sticky tabs should last on your nails for 1-3 days. Nails applied with nail glue should last for 1-3 weeks. Please note that these estimates are dependent on the preparation of the nail and level of activity.

No. Press-on nails are typically fully opaque, which would prevent any gel you apply from curing properly. This can lead to allergies to gel polish and cause chemical burns. Please only apply your press-on nails using the sticky tabs provided or nail glue.

To remove your nails, follow my step-by-step guide and have your nails ready to be reused at any time!

If you've lost a nail, please go to the "Contact Me" page and select "Replacement Nail" from the drop-down menu. In the "Notes" section, please include your order number from your initial purchase. I will then make and send you a replacement nail.

Yes! Your nails can be reused again and again with proper care and removal.

Custom Nails

Any set designed from scratch for you — your colours, shape, length, and artwork. If you've seen something you love on Pinterest or Instagram, bring it to me and we'll build your version of it.

20 business days from the date of final payment, plus shipping. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — ask before you order.

Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot in my queue. The remaining balance is due before your set ships. Your 20 business day turnaround starts from the date of final payment.

Please do — it helps me understand what you're after. I won't copy another artist's set exactly, but I'll design something in the same spirit that's uniquely yours.

Changes can be made up until I begin painting your set, usually within 48 hours of your design being approved. After that, I've already started the work and the design is locked in.

All custom sets are final sale, so I make sure we're aligned before I start. You'll approve the design plan before painting begins. If something arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days and I'll make it right.

Yes — I love event sets. Please reach out at least 6-8 weeks before your date so we have room for design approval, the 20 business day build, and shipping. For bridal parties, contact me for group pricing.

Shipping & Returns

For the standard designs offered in my store, your set will be completed within 5-7 business days. For custom sets created with your vision in mind, these will be completed within 20 business days from the date of final payment.

All domestic orders are shipped through Canada Post. Delivery times may vary depending on location. Domestic orders should arrive within 3-7 business days. Due to the size of this business, I am unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Cancellations are offered within 24 hours of your purchase. To request a cancellation of your order, please use the "Contact Me" form and select "Cancellation Request" from the drop-down menu. Please place your order number in the "Notes" box. Cancellations placed after the 24-hour period will not be accepted.

All nail sets are final sale. Each set is hand painted and made to order. Due to this fact, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
